Unprecedented Stonewalling

House Oversight committee chairman Elijah Cummings accused the White House of an "unprecedented level of stonewalling, delay and obstruction" in a Washington Post op-ed published Tuesday as his committee seeks information related to multiple ongoing investigations into the Trump administration.
Cummings said the administration has not turned over "a single piece of paper to our committee or made a single official available for testimony during the 116th Congress" related to the ongoing committee investigations.

When we look back at this time in history, I know there will be a collective "SERIOUSLY?!" ... ya know, if we still have a democracy in a few years. I genuinely wonder how someone can objectively look at what is happening in our country, and the actions of this administration, and not worry.

*How can we get to the bottom of anything that's going on if there's no cooperation? (We'll have to find a way.)

*Why do we think there's no cooperation? (Because their president has done something wrong.)

*Does the White House have something to hide? (Yes.)

This CNN article details two of the investigations it is currently seeking White house documents for; the Jared & Ivanka security clearance craziness and the Michael Cohen hush money payments.
