I watched a lot of the vote to re-open the government yesterday. Mostly after both of the votes had failed. I watched the bipartisan effort (the hour-long speeches from both parties) to open the government. The pleas for the exact deal the Democrats put forth yesterday was being touted as a solid short-term solution. 3 weeks of open government, effective immediately, so federal workers can get paid... and then in those 3 weeks members of both parties vowed, in good faith, to come to a compromise. YES. DO IT, PLEASE!! NOW.

I'm ready for this all to come to a head and for something to be done about the *obvious* collusion with Russia to win the 2016 election and the myriad other corruption charges DJT has coming for him! Are we there yet?
